Bison Goulash

Bison Goulash with whole wheat pasta:
Boil very al dente 13.5 oz of whole wheat elbows. Drain. Set aside.
Put a few table spoons olive oil in large skillet with 1/2 med onion finely chopped and 1 heaping teaspoon of minced garlic. Brown and add 1 lb ground bison. Brown and add few shakes of basil, marjoram, rosemary, thyme, oregano. Drain grease. Put back in skillet and add 28 oz of drained diced tomatoes and one can of condensed tomato soup. (I used Campbell's but there's probably healthier choices in the organic/health aisle. Mix thoroughly and heat on medium until heated through. Mix elbows and meat sauce.

Couple with a nice green salad and low cal dressing and you have a very filling meal under 400 calories.
