Soy ginger Salmon:
Start with a green salad with your choice of dressing.
2 6 oz Salmon center cut filets grilled on med-low.
1 cup Brown rice cooked with 1 crushed garlic clove. 3 cups green beans steamed. Plate everything and drizzle with 2 tbsp Tamari ginger dressing (in health section or salad dressing section of Hannaford). Delish and super quick and easy!
